(More customer reviews)My wife and I (no my name isn't Homer) were looking for the perfect bench for our front porch, and we had some trouble finding one that would fit well. We came across this bench and from the pictures, decided it would work well for us. I found it a little tough to make a buying decision with no reviews for the item. Additionally, the price - along with the free shipping - seemed like too good of a deal. We called the company and asked a few additional questions about it. The customer service rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and was US based (i.e. spoke English well).We decided to order the bench (through Amazon, as the price was actually lower than going through the company directly), and are very happy we did.
The bench showed up very quickly, and was packaged very well. Although made in China this bench is well constructed and seems to be of good quality. Assembly took about 20 minutes, and the directions were well written - not like some other poorly translated instructions I've seen.
All in all, a good looking / functioning product from a good company.
