I was looking for a very specific color and was surprised when I received the chair and it was the very color I was looking for. The product was delivered within 5 days of my ordering it. I had the opportunity to talk to customer service at VisionDeco Furniture (third party that shipped the product) and was very pleased with the service I received. I will continue to order from amazon.
