(More customer reviews)When I put it into my chinchilla's cage, they began hoping from one ledge to the other like crazy. They absolutely loved it! Unfortunately about a week later, one of the ledges splintered and the screw came sliding out. I would highly recommend these to any chinchilla owner, but you might have to reinforce the screws yourself.
