(More customer reviews)I ordered this Glider/ottoman combo on November 5th and it arrived today in Hawaii via UPS Express on November 11th.
Instructions were easy to follow and my husband (with the help of our two year old) was able to put it together in a matter of 10-15 minutes. We did not have any issues that other purchasers had with similar styles arriving with two left arms or busted or broken parts, so we were very grateful.
I'm 5' 6" and a plus sized gal, I'm about 8 months pregnant with our second child and I fit snuggly in the glider. A need to know for potential buyers is that the polyester padding is somewhat crunchy sounding (like it's filled with plastic shopping bags) when you sit down. I hope this gets better as I break it in. The back is very nicely padded however the bottom cushion could be better. It isn't any nicer or more comfortable compared to sitting in a dining chair, in fact, I've sat on dining chairs with nicer cushioning!
Another issue I have is after sitting on the glider with my feet up on the ottoman for about 5 minutes, there's already a permanent indentation on the ottoman pad from my heel. I have a feeling it's going to look well used and broken-in sooner than I would like.
I am happy with the chair and think it's a good deal for the price. Of course I live in a place where I don't really have many other shopping options or opportunities and I really just couldn't bring myself to pay twice as much for a better rated brand.
