After several hiccups with other purchases for our new home, I was very excited to get my glider. My husband put it together very quickly minus one problem. The snaps on the chair were damaged so the arm cushion wouldn't fasten. Not a huge deal, just one more hiccup.
I called Amazon and they worked a solution immediately. They offered a credit pack on my purchase (still waiting to receive) and provided the contact information for the manufacturer. I found the website of the manufacture and ordered replacement parts online. It was free and within 24 hours I was contacted via email with follow-up questions and confirmation. I received the parts in about a week.
The chair is great and comfortable. It is narrow, so I doubt my husband will use very frequently. The delivery was a little slower than expected.
